Greenscool is a non-profit organization that installs renewable energy systems in impoverished schools around the world. An educational component of the organization teaches students about the renewable energy sources being installed so that the children and their teachers have a better understanding of that power and it’s potential.

Greenscool Founder

Michael Miller, 36, is the founder and executive director of Greenscool. The Jackson, Wyoming, based entrepreneur is also the founder and CEO of Teton Power.

Treasurer

Ali Long,  is President of the Spring Creek Foundation.  Ali has extensive experience working with non-profit board and organizations; she served for several years on the board of Philanthropy Northwest, Citizens for Smart Growth, Wood River RideShare, Sawtooth Botanical Garden.  Ali brings her extensive fundraising experience and networking skills.  Ali is our treasurer and will be involved in reviewing operations and project budgets and expenses.  

Board President

Eiron Schofield,  is the vice president of Living Architecture, a leading green architecture firm.  She has over 10 years of experience with alternative energy systems, green building and education.  She currently sits on the board of 5 non-profit organizations including the president of Wood River Rideshare who promotes alternative transportation systems.  Eiron oversees the daily operations and management of Greenscool.

Executive Co-Director

Kina Pickett, 35, executive co-director of Greenscool, is a professional skier, photographer, and broadcast TV producer. He splits his time between Jackson, Wyoming, and Bozeman, Montana.

Mathew Gershater, 30, is Greenscool’s executive co-director. The outdoor educator and documentary filmmaker lives in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Khyber Miller, 17, is a whitewater kayaker from Jackson, Wyoming. The Assistant Technical Director of Greenscool, he oversees the installation of solar and wind energy systems for the team. He also works as an install crew leader for Teton Power.
